                                                   2008 Annual Reception

PILI's "Celebrating Pro Bono" Annual Reception will be held from 5:30 until 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2008, at the Harold Washington Library's Winter Garden Room.  This is PILI’s annual opportunity to spotlight our community’s pro bono relationships and successes and the work of the Pro Bono Initiative.  At this year’s reception, in addition to the informal conversation, networking, appetizers and refreshments we enjoy each year, we will also host Illinois Supreme Court Justice Thomas L. Last year's event, "Celebrating Pro Bono," was held on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at the Harold Washington Library's Winter Garden Room.  Approximately 250 guests attended the event from law firms and corporations, with 40 legal aid and public interest law organizations represented and over 40 2007 PILI Interns and Fellows also in attendance.
